JAMES NOVA

James Nova is a fashion and event photographer and culture blogger, based in Harlem USA. He came up from dirt, worked on the farm and in the factory, has performed as a stage actor, comic, radio dj, visual artist, and musician. Did we mention porn actor and drug dealer? James also devoted decades of his life to political activism and has been duly punished for it. He has spent a good deal of time in front of as well as behind bars. James comes from a long line of criminals but is the first member of his family to do jail time. He enjoys champagne and martinis, beautiful and intelligent women, bicycling, listening to blues and jazz, and keeping his two cats from killing each other. Despite brain damage, bipolar disorder, and having been a Special Ed student, James was admitted into MENSA and retired from a long career in medical research at an Ivy League institution. He is a member of the Harlem Neighborhood Writer's Group and is currently working on a sequel to his first unfinished novel as well as developing several screenplays.
